Our 360° feedback surveys are strengths-based and development focused, rather than utilising the traditional assessment scales that can make people feel judged. Feedback is collected from supervisors, staff, peers and even students, and collated in a report that highlights strengths and growth opportunities.

Senior Leaders have a two-hour, confidential comprehensive career review and planning session with a qualified At My Best Coach. Other staff members have a coaching conversation with their own supervisor, with the aid of At My Best coaching guides and training resources.
Set SMART goals, plan actions collaboratively and review them regularly. At My Best Development Plans focus on the work practices that are most important for professional effectiveness and career development.
Professional learning and development activities can be logged on the participant’s dashboard as they’re completed. Successes are celebrated as milestones are reached. Add an optional ‘Pulse-Check Survey’ help participants see how they’re tracking after six months.
